A Letter From the Founder
This card started in the field.
“I'm an Indigenous journalist based in Minneapolis. TapRoot grew out of a simple problem: meeting people with powerful work to share, then trying to keep the follow-up from getting lost.”
Reporting, filming, and community work can create a trail of business cards, phone numbers, links, and social handles. The people behind them are often doing careful, meaningful work, and a paper card does not always carry enough context.
TapRoot is being built for people who want a practical way to share contact details, links, and a few selected stories without turning their profile into a full website.
